This layout is our recommended and tested layout for 2 persons , this layout is available to fit most models of Expedition trucks , the Box Length of 6200mm.

Expedition Truck Layout – Family Traveling

This Expedition truck Layout is for Family overland traveling: Box Length 6000mm

We highly recommend only a double cab , or extended cab truck when traveling with a family in an expedition truck .

Sleeping arrangements : Two single bunk beds for kids, Dinette that forms a main bed for the parents

Bathroom facilities : Separate Shower room , Separate Toilet room

MAN TGM 4×4 CREW CAB – Double Cab – FAMILY LAYOUT

For those seeking a reliable and easy ride, the MAN TGM 4X4 CREW CAB is designed as a premium 4×4 heavy duty truck chassis , it is capable to endure long-distance trips with ease on unpaved roads.

A devoted family man commissioned this MAN Expedition truck to create vacation memories for his family. To accommodate sleeping arrangements in the space, the Dinette converts to a master main bed in the salon seating area. The Kids have double bunk beds, fitted with USB and tv plug points. The kid’s section can be separated at sleep time via a sliding door, giving parents their own privacy and a quiet time. Bathrooms have separate showers and toilet cubicles.

The Body is mounted on our sturdy subframe integrated within the floor and fitted with thermal insulation. The subframe mounts to our heavy-duty anti-torsion, three-point system, to allow for the chassis flex caused when in 4×4 situations. Heavy-duty custom Aluminum storage boxes are fitted below to provide plenty of storage, incorporating our Expedition duty imported compression handle system, stainless hinges, and fasteners, and proper quality fitted seals.

Cabinetry :

• Cabinetry constructed with a combination of various lightweight and Birch ply
• Doors and Drawer faces are finished with “FENIX”, high tech material, not only beautiful to look at, it is opaque, soft-touch, anti-fingerprint, and highly resistant to scratches
• Latches are Marine grade Stainless steel compression latches
• Top Cupboards have push-to-open latches giving a clean look
• Edging- vertical edging is finished in solid wood edging for durability
• Solid surface countertops
